Refection

This term i had taken FTY for one of my options. the first week we started on the chrome books. this term i have learnt to cook different food and desserts as cookies, cakes, soup, macaroni cheese, muffins, peanut butter cookies. 

we were working on children's part and we were watching videos to show us how to cook food the right way.

After we watch the videos we got to get our hands dirty. the 1st thing we got to cook was a muffin that was easy and nice. the 2st thing we cooked was a weet- bix slice,3rd thing we made was macaroni cheese,4th we made soup,5th we made other slice, 6th we made was cakes, 7th peanut butter cookies.

to day i was working on a bag and i'm going to turn it in to a hunting bag so that the pig blood does not run down your back side and the is still can carry your water and your a there stuff.

You can also become a builder by studying construction management or building at university. The average length  to become a builder is 3-4 years.

Or you can do an apprenticeship then get signed off by the person or people who are teaching you.

Spalding (1803-1874) who had established a mission amongst the Nez
Perce in 1836.Also chief Joseph died from heart failure 1904.

What Chief Joseph is famous for?

Chief Joseph (1840-1904) was a leader of the Wallowa
band of the Nez Perce Tribe, who became famous in
1877 for leading his people on an epic flight across the Rocky Mountains.

Why is Chief Joseph important to American history?

In order to save his people he began a retreat. He
hoped to make it to Canada where he would meet up
with the Sioux tribe of Sitting Bull. The retreat of Chief
Joseph is called the Nez Perce War. It is often considered one
of the most masterful retreats in military history.

Chief Joseph was born a member of the Nez Perce tribe
of Wallowa Valley,Oregon in 1840. His Nez Perce name was
Hin-mah-too-yah-lat-kekt which means Thunder Rolling Down the
Mountain. Young Joseph was the son of Joseph the Elder, the local
chief. He grew up close friends with his brother Ollokot.

Nelson Mandela

In Social studies we are looking into Human rights. I have spent time this week learning about Nelson Mandela and role he played towards the freedom we have today.

Nelson Mandela quoted; “I have cherished the ideal of a democratic and free society in which all persons live together in harmony and with equal opportunities. It is an ideal which I hope to live for and to achieve.
Nelson Mandela was the country's first black head of the states.
Nelson was born in the south Africa 1918 July the 18th and he was 95 year when he died in December the 5th 2013.
Nelson Mandela was sent to jail in 1962 and he was in jail for 25 year.
